Can you include a message with my order?
Yes! On the shopping basket page you can add a message that we will include with your order.
How long will delivery take?
We pack your orchids as soon as possible and most orders are dispatched within 3 working days, so you should receive your plants between 2 - 5 working days from ordering. When we are busy this can take a couple of days longer. You will receive an email when we have packed your orchids which will have a courier tracking link.
Where can you deliver orchids to?
We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses with the exception of the Scottish highlands. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to islands, highlands, Northern Ireland or addresses outside of the UK.
I'm not going to be at home, can I change my delivery date?
When you receive your dispatch email there will be a courier tracking link, you can use this to provide the courier with delivery instructions.
Do you include the price with the order?
No, we don't put prices on the paperwork that goes with the order. You will receive an order confirmation email that has the price breakdown on it after you complete your order.
Can I pick the varieties and colours?
You can select a colour mix when you order our mini orchids, however we don't offer a choice of specific varieties on any of our products.
Do I need to re-pot my orchid?
Not for a long time, in fact re-potting it could cause it stress and mean the flowers don't last as long. We have lots of orchid care tips on our website at https://www.loveorchids.co.uk/orchid-tips/
Why didn't I receive an email confirmation?
We send an email confirmation for every order, you may find that it has gone into your spam folder. We also send you an email when we dispatch your order with a tracking number.
